Do you accept NDIS funding?
We can provide tax invoices that plan managers and self-managed participants can claim against NDIS transport funding. Plan-managed participants should confirm with their plan manager. We do not currently bill the NDIA directly.
Can I book a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Yes — mention 'wheelchair access required' in the driver notes when booking, or call us to confirm vehicle availability for your pickup time.
Can I set up recurring bookings for appointments?
Yes — call us and we'll schedule your regular pickups so the same arrangement runs week to week.
